Nicole Mwella

Nicole Mwella is the Business Development and Strategy Executive at Breakthrough Attorneys. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Dar es Salaam Tumaini University and is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Nicole began her career in legal practice, where she supported legal teams through research, preparing legal updates, drafting and reviewing documents, and assisting with contract reviews. This experience gave her a solid understanding of how legal firms operate and the needs of both lawyers and clients.

She collaborates across all departments, helping teams stay aligned, organised, and focused on the firm’s goals. Her role is centered on supporting growth, improving how the firm operates, and ensuring that the firm’s work and values are clearly communicated.
